PartsArena TradeCounter has successfully launched in 29 Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) stores across the country from 1st May 2024.

JPS, a specialist brand of STARK Building Materials UK dedicated to partnering with public sector organisations to create bespoke supply chain solutions, has implemented the boiler parts identification system into 29 stores currently supplying heating spares.

The uptake aims to enhance the service they can offer customers by ensuring colleagues in branch are able to identify the correct heating spares before purchase, therefore reducing the risk of incorrect parts being used on repairs and subsequently returned.

JPS currently cater to the varied needs of their customers through the supply of a diverse range of spares, all tailored to the specific housing association. This addition will provide JPS colleagues with access to a wealth of resources including over 129 manufacturers, exploded diagrams with hotspots, part images, descriptions, and codes, as well as interactive installation and user manuals.
